this wedding was extra special to me because not only are jamie and mark wedding photographers as well (an honor to photograph their day!!) but they are also two of my friends! jamie and i met in photography school back in 2012 and reconnected after we both moved out of the midwest and back home again! this is where i met mark and fell in love with their love. i have now photographed these two pre-engagement, post-engagement, wedding day, and probably more in the future - two of my favorite people to photograph.

one of the many things that made mark and jamie’s wedding so magical was that they set aside plenty of time during prime light hours for portraits (even though it was such a hot summer day, they were absolute troopers!)
