dubsado is a life saver when it comes to in-take forms/ questionaries, contracts, scheduling, invoices, and so much more. it’s a one stop shop to have your client paperwork, invoices, task lists, everything. a must have for any creative.
pixieset
pixieset is a gorgeous, modern photo gallery platform for clients to view and download their images. you can add download pins so only those with the pin can download the images and you can also have multiple image sizes available - high resolution and web size so your clients can easily print great quality images and also easily upload their photos online (yay free marketing!)
adobe photography plan
adobe is known as the king of editing softwares and they offer subscription based editing plans. the photography plan includes all you need to run your visual storytelling business with photoshop and lightroom bundled for a low monthly fee.
backblaze
backblaze automatically backs up your computer(s) hard drive into the cloud. if your hard drive were to fail or become inaccessible . you can then login to your backblaze account and either download the files and information you need or request a physical backup on a external hard drive to be shipped to you. this has saved my booty a couple times and i swear by it.
